La 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e aux enjeux de la performance organisationnelle, avec Sylvie-Nuria Noguer. Les ateliers collectifs ont notamment permis d\u2019aborder les outils de l\u2019intelligence collective et de la prise de d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p>La 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> journ\u00e9e, anim\u00e9e par St\u00e9phane Ouvrard, \u00e9tait centr\u00e9e sur le financement de la croissance et la finance au service de la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement des PME.
